Soak up Melbourne’s great sights in half a day and discover what makes this city tick. Start with the grand architecture of Eastern Hill, with buildings like Parliament House and the Treasury. Take a peek into the culinary wonders of this cosmopolitan city with a visit to Queen Victoria Market, Australia’s largest open-air market. We’ll escape the city to visit Melbourne’s most popular beach-side suburb, St Kilda. Stops include Luna Park, the St Kilda Pier, Catani Gardens, and the famous Esplanade Hotel. Travel along Port Phillip Bay to view mansions, historic sea baths, and Luna Park’s eye-catching rides in this beautiful seaside suburb.

Depart your hotel for an unforgettable Panoramic Sydney half day city sights tour. On tour you will visit the historic Rocks area and hear of early convict history. We continue through the financially focused Central Business District (CBD), and Macquarie Street. Marvel at 18th century sandstone architecture such as NSW Parliament House, Rum Hospital, Hyde Park Barracks and St Mary’s Cathedral. We will continue to Mrs. Macquarie’s Point, to enjoy magnificent views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

MAIN TOURIST ATTRACTIONS • Centenary Lakes. Collins Ave/Edge Hill, opposite the Botanic Gardens. Rainforest boardwalk that goes directly through the forest and ends at several small lakes and creeks. There is also a little park with picnic areas. Caution: The lakes are crocodile habitat. • City Botanic Gardens. • Lake Placid. • Mount Whitfield Conservation Park. • Northern Beaches There is no beach in Central Cairns, but there are several beaches in the north that can easily be reached by bus. Departing from Cairns, embark on a 1.5-hour journey aboard our air-conditioned catamaran to reach Sunlover Moore Reef Pontoon on the Outer Great Barrier Reef. This pontoon is perfectly positioned and fully equipped to ensure that visitors of all ages and abilities can fully immerse themselves in the beauty of the reef, with its vibrant coral, fascinating marine life, including turtles, and more. Spending 2 hours on the reef allows guests to partake in our complimentary activities, such as snorkelling, enjoying the unique Sunlover waterslide (the only waterslide on the Great Barrier Reef), exploring the underwater world through a glass-bottom boat, letting kids have fun in an enclosed ocean pool, visiting an underwater observatory, and experiencing fish feeding.

This fully escorted 20-minute experience takes you to 3.5 metres below sealevel with a photographer ready to capture your out of this world experience.

• Briefings are conducted on the outward journey to Moore Reef, 10 minutes in duration.

• At the designated time, passengers are required to be at the dive section of the pontoon, where they will be given all equipment and assemble to complete the Seawalker.

• Estimated in-water time is up to 20 minutes. The Seawalker is conducted on a platform under the pontoon, not on the ocean floor.

12.00 pm-02.00 pm, Depart Rainforestation for your transfer into Kuranda Village. CHECK THE BACK PAGE FOR THE SHUTTLE TIMETABLE. Alternatively, you may wish to stay longer at Rainforestation. Hot lunch is available at the restaurant. On arrival at Kuranda Village, wander through the shops and markets offering local handicrafts, souvenirs, and gifts. A must-see is the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary with a 10% discount on your entry fee.

03.00 pm, Your bus departs from outside the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary for your transfer to your accommodation.
