  • Day 1 Day 1: Arrival Day In Kathmandu

      Day 1: Arrival Day In Kathmandu

      Welcome to Nepal! Upon your arrival, we will meet you in the arrivals hall at Kathmandu

      airport, and assist you to your hotel. We will have a trip briefing meeting after you settle in if

      your arrival is early in the day. If you have a late scheduled arrival, we will conduct our briefing

      at breakfast the following morning.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour

      Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour

      It is a preparation and acclimatization day in Kathmandu before we set off for the trekking

      adventure. We will go for a sightseeing tour of cultural heritage monuments in Kathmandu

      valley. The heritage tour in Kathmandu is a rich cultural, historical and spiritual immersion that

      takes us right back to the ancient time when Kathmandu valley used to be a lake.

      We visit Swoyambhunath aka monkey temple, Patan Durbar Square โ€“ a medieval palace

      square, Pashupatinath to see Hindu cremation on the bank of River Bagmati, and finally

      Boudhanath โ€“ the largest Buddhist stupa.

      We will return back to hotel leaving ample time to go for any last minute preparation of the big

      trekking adventure to the Annapurna Base Camp.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Drive To Pokhara (900M)

      Day 3: Drive To Pokhara (900M)

      We will check out of the hotel in Kathmandu early in the morning for our drive to Pokhara. We

      will travel by tourist bus to the beautiful lake city, about 200 km west of Kathmandu. The trip

      is about 7 hours, meandering over hills and through the valleys of beautiful, rural Nepal. Quaint

      local towns and villages, wonderful surrounding landscapes, and a peaceful atmosphere along the

      roads make for a wonderful introduction to Nepal. Once we reach Pokhara, we will have time to

      explore the lakeside after checking into our hotel. The rest of the day we will spend relaxing

      and/or exploring the sights of Pokhara.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Drive To Kade And Trek To Australian Camp (1,890M)

      Day 4: Drive To Kade And Trek To Australian Camp (1,890M)

      In the morning, we will make the short (approximately one hour) drive to Kande to begin our

      trek Since it is our first day, our walk today is short, so that we can spend more time enjoying

      spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. We are making our way toward Mardi Himal

      Base Camp, and will spend our first night at the famous Australian Camp.

      Today, our destination is the village of Tolkha. We are surrounded by wondrous nature and

      continued views of the mountains as the trail goes first through the villages of Pothana and

      Pitam Deurali before we arrive in Tolkha village. Along the way, we walk through lush

      rhododendron trees and other spectacular blooming plants and flowers. We enter into the Modi

      Khola valley as we start trekking towards Tolkha from Deurali. The wonderful Modi River

      comes from the Annapurna Sanctuary and it makes for a wonderful, lush valley all along its

      course.

  • Day 6 Day 6: Trek To Chhomrong (2,225M)

      On our trek today to Chhomrong, we descend first to the Modi River and then continue towards

      our destination by following the course of the river. Chhomrong is reached after a steep uphill

      trek from Kimrong Khola, just below Jhinu Danda. Chhomrong is an ethnic Gurung settlement

      where we can observe the culture and lifestyle of the local people. We stay overnight here in

      Chhomrong.

  • Day 7 Day 7: Trek To Tadapani (2,630M)

      Today, we leave the trail that leads to Annapurna Base Camp behind and turn instead toward

      Tadapani. First, though, we make our way to Ghorepani. After a descent to the river, we begin

      our ascent to Tadapani. Although itโ€™s a beautiful walk along the reiver and varied landscapes,


      we donโ€™t see the Himalaya until we reach our destination. Here in Tadapani, though, we have

      close up, gorgeous views of several Himalayan peaks.

  • Day 8 Day 8: Trek To Dobato (3,350M)

      Leaving Tadapani, today we will trek to Dobato. Leaving the more populated Annapurna Base

      Camp and Ghorepani Poon Hill trails to others, we start walking in the direction of Khopra, but

      first we will walk through Mesar, where we will have some of the best views in the area of the

      Annapurna range. Then, on to Isaru, before we reach Dobato, our destination for today.

  • Day 9 Day 9: Trek To Ghorepani (2,875M)

      Day 9: Trek To Ghorepani (2,875M)

      Ghorepani is our destination today. We continue the walk towards Deurali via Mulde hill. The

      hill is a wonderful viewpoint from whch to witness the majestic charm of the Annapurna range.

      After Deurali we meet up with another route coming from Tadapani, and from there we

      continue on to Ghorepani, a beautiful little village with outstanding views in all directions.

  • Day 10 Day 10: Hike To Poon Hill (3,210M) And Trek To Tikhedhunga

      Day 10: Hike To Poon Hill (3,210M) And Trek To Tikhedhunga

      Today, we wake up before the break of dawn and start hiking towards the Poon Hill viewpoint.

      After about 45 minutes of uphill walking through rhododendron forest, we will arrive at Poon

      Hill, where we will be well-rewarded for our efforts with one of the most spectacular views of

      the mountains in both the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range.It is a magical sunrise over the

      mountains,before we head back to Ghorepani for breakfast and then on to Tikhedhunga, where

      will overnight.

  • Day 11 Day 11: Trek To Nayapul And Drive To Pokhara

      Day 11: Trek To Nayapul And Drive To Pokhara

      Today is our last trekking day, and we will follow the dirt road to Nayapul, where we will meet

      our transportation. We drive back to Pokhara for some well-earned relaxation time along the

      lake or enjoying a stroll around town.

  • Day 12 Day 12: Drive To Kathmandu

      Day 12: Drive To Kathmandu

      Today, we retrace our return bus ride to Kathmandu or, if you prefer, there is a flight option for

      an additional cost. Once we are back in Kathmandu, you will have free time to relax and spend

      your time however you wish.

      Today is our farewell. We will drive you to the airport for your departure. Please be ready at

      your hotel three hours prior to your flight time.
