      Day 1: Skopje

      Arrival in Skopje. Transfer to your hotel. A short break. A half-day sightseeing tour of Skopje with a professional local guide – a visit to the old railway station; the statue of Mother Teresa; the Stone Bridge; the Daut Pasha Baths National Gallery (Daut Pashin Amam); The church of St. Spas (Holy Salvation); the Fortress Kale. The tour ends in a walk through the Old Skopje Bazaar. Free afternoon. Overnight stay in Skopje.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Krusevo / Prilep Bitola

      Day 2: Krusevo / Prilep Bitola

      After a relaxed breakfast – a drive to Krushevo. On our way to Krushevo, a short visit to the ancient city of Stobi founded in the 3rd century BC. Then a sightseeing tour of the town of Krushevo, which keeps the evidence of the Macedonian revolutionary and cultural past. This living museum of architecture (it has the highest number of old-style houses!). Krushevo is one particular world in which the past mingles with the present. On return of Krushevo, visit the city Prilep. Dinner and overnight in Bitola.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Bitola

      Day 3: Bitola

      After breakfast, sightseeing of the town – the main street “Sirok Sokak”, the Old Bazaar, the Clock Tower and a visit to the ancient Macedonian town of Heraclea Lyncestis, which is located 5km far from Bitola, and which was founded in the middle of the 4th century BC. Lunch in a national restaurant. Afterwards we continue to Ohrid. The tour there starts in front of the statue of Ss. Cyril and Methodius, and it continues to the Lower gate, the National Museum of Ohrid, the Church of St. Sophia, the Roman amphitheatre, the Upper gate, St. Clements’s Church of the Holy Mother of God Most Glorious, The Icon Gallery, Tsar Samoil’s fortress, Plaoshnik, and it ends in a short walk throught Ohrid’s marketplace. After that a drive to Skopje follows. Dinner in a local restaurant with live folk music. Overnight stay in Skopje.

      Day 4: Skopje

      Depending on the flight schedule, there is an option of visiting the Old Skopje Bazaar and the new market place.Transfer to the airport.
