    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Sossusvlei And Namib Desert

We pick you up in the morning from your hotel in Windhoek and leave southward to Sossusvlei via the scenic Spreetshoogte Pass โ€“ one of the most spectacular places in Namibia. We have a stopover for lunch in Solitaire, an oasis in the Namib Desert. We arrive at the lodge for rest and will later enjoy dinner.

  • Day 2 Sossusvlei
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Sossusvlei

Before sunrise, we take a 70 km scenic drive through Sesriem Gate to Sossusvlei. It is the place with the highest dunes in the world and was recently inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage Site list as the Namib Sand Sea. You have the option of climbing the picturesque Dune 45 to experience the beauty and vastness of the fascinating orange-colored landscape.

After the climb, we go on a 5 km off-road 4x4 trail to visit the surreal Dead Vlei, a place of a vast clay pan and dried-up ancient acacias standing silently in an impressive landscape. After lunch, we visited Sesriem Canyon and Elim Dune.

In the evening, we return for dinner and have time for rest, relaxation and stargazing.

  • Day 3 Swakopmund And Atlantic Coast
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Swakopmund And Atlantic Coast

Our adventure starts after breakfast as we travel through the Namib-Naukluft Park to Swakopmund, passing by canyons and fascinating rock formations. The magnificent landscape of the Namib reaches as far as the eye can see. Wildlife and grazing antelopes include oryx and springbok, mountain zebra and giraffe as well as the worldโ€™s biggest bird that doesnโ€™t fly, ostrich.

Celebrate the crossing of the Tropic of Capricorn en route (famous geographical line) โ€“ time for pictures! On arrival at Walvis Bay, take a short visit to the Walvis Bay Lagoon to observe greater and lesser flamingos with many other bird species attracted to this region by the waters of the Benguela Current.

  • Day 4 Moon Valley And Welwitschia Mirabilis
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Moon Valley And Welwitschia Mirabilis

The coastal adventure invites you to the "lunar landscape" for a discovery of the botanic attraction, Welwitschia Mirabilis. It is also called a living fossil and is one of the oldest and most original living plants on Earth, remembering the times of Christ.

After observing huge families of these aquatic mammals, we turn east into the desert region of Damaraland, traveling toward the mountainous Brandberg Massif, one of the most magnificent places in Namibia. On the way, we pass by Damara villages in the communal area and have a chance to spot ostriches, jackals, hyenas and springboks en route.

We will admire the most interesting petroglyphs from over 2,000 works, created centuries ago in the rusty-orange rocks by the San people (Bushmen inhabitants of these regions). The site forms a coherent, extensive and high-quality record of ritual practices relating to hunter-gatherer communities in this part of southern Africa and eloquently illustrates the links between the ritual and economic practices of hunter-gatherers.

We are on the way to Etosha National Park โ€“ a wildlife sanctuary and treasure of Namibia! It is considered to be one of the most loved and most-visited game parks in Africa!
