At around 8:00 AM, our tour guide and driver will meet you for an exciting adventure into the desert of Oman. Your journey will take you through charming villages and towns before arriving at Wadi Bani Khalid. As you drive through the mountains, you’ll be treated to stunning views of the terrain below and picturesque villages nestled among the towering peaks. The road descends to the wadi, where a large pool surrounded by lush vegetation awaits. After parking, you’ll take a brief hike to the deep pools of the wadi, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim and experience the natural beauty. Following this, you’ll continue to the Wahiba Sands, the vast desert of Oman. Here, you’ll encounter the grandeur of the desert, and our experienced driver will guide you through the mesmerizing sand dunes, offering an exhilarating dune driving experience. Enjoy a buffet dinner and spend the night at the Wahiba Sand Camp.

After breakfast, depart from the camp and set off towards Qahidh, crossing the beautiful dunes of Wahiba Sands. The journey across the desert will take approximately four hours. Upon reaching Qahidh, continue driving to Shannah, where you’ll be captivated by the stunning contrast of the Arabian Sea against the desert dunes. After lunch, you’ll take a half-hour drive to reach Masirah Island, located fifteen kilometers off the southeast coast of Oman, known for its remote sandy beaches.

Note: The ferry ride to Masirah Island is subject to weather conditions and tide changes.

Arrive at Masirah Island before sunset. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the Masirah Island Resort. Situated on the borders of turtle breeding grounds, the resort is an ideal destination for nature enthusiasts and adventurers alike, offering a range of nautical sports.

begins with an exploration of the historic oasis city of Nizwa. First, visit the impressive seventeenth-century Nizwa Fort, featuring a massive spherical tower built by Imam Sultan Bin Saif Al Ya’aruba to protect the route. Next, explore the Nizwa Souq, renowned for its intricately handmade khanjars and beautifully designed silver ornaments. On Fridays, the souq comes alive with a unique cattle and goat auction. From Nizwa, proceed to Misfah, an ancient village where homes cling to the hillsides. After a brief stroll through the village, return to your jeep and continue the journey to Jebel Shams, Oman’s highest peak at over 3,000 meters, also known as the "Mountain of the Sun." Jebel Shams is famous for its weavers who craft dense woolen rugs in unique colors. Enjoy lunch at the Jebel Shams camp. After spending some time at Jebel Shams, drive back to your hotel in Muscat for an overnight stay.

Around 08:00 am, our tour guide and driver will pick you up from your Muscat hotel. The day begins with a visit to the renowned Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the fifth-largest mosque in the world, featuring a stunning Swarovski chandelier and a carpet that covers the entire male prayer hall. Next, you’ll drive past the Royal Opera House and the diplomatic quarter. Explore the vibrant fish market, Bait Al Baranda Museum, and Muttrah Souk, the largest and oldest marketplace in Oman. Continue the tour around Old Muscat to see the Sultan’s Palace and its adjacent Portuguese forts. Finally, you’ll be driven back to your Muscat hotel for an overnight stay.
