Day 1 Casablanca Arrival

Today, one of the most fascinating and rewarding tours starts as for 9 days we will discover together the Highlights of Morocco. Pick up from Casablanca airport or any other preferable place, and transfer to the hotel for the check-in. After that, you will explore the city of Casablanca, walk over the corniche and admire one of the tallest minarets in the world by visiting the Hassan II Mosque.
Day 2 Casablanca - Rabat - Chefchaouen

After breakfast, check out and we depart immediately, in order to reach Chefchaouen through the capital of Morocco, Rabat. Here you will visit the Mausoleum Mohammed V, the Hassan Tower, and the Oudaya Kasbah which offers fabulous views of the Atlantic Ocean. After that, we drive to the blue city of Chefchaouen, having along the way some short breaks. Once we reach Chefchaouen, check in, and you will have free time to explore this cute little town. Chefchaouen is famous for its vivid blue-rinsed houses and is very popular for both tourists and locals. Walk through its winding and narrow alleys, and take some impressive photos.
Day 3 Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes - Fes

This morning after having your breakfast, we will continue to Volubilis. Dating from the 2nd and 3rd centuries, the Roman ruins of Volubilis are considered the best preserved in Morocco. Later on, we visit Meknes, a World Heritage Unesco Site, and one more of the four Imperial cities. Visit the Medersa Bou Inania and the Bab Mansour. Then, we continue to Fez and on arrival check in at a traditional riad in the medina.

Another beautiful day starts, as this morning you will meet with an official guide to starting exploring Fez. Fez is the most ancient and holy of the Imperial cities. Your cultural and historic tour will take you through the 2000-year-old living medina. A labyrinth of narrow streets, alive with markets and souks, craftsmen, donkeys, and mules transporting their loads. Firstly, visit the Attarine and Bou Anania Medersas (Islamic universities), the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, the Karaouine Mosque, and Chouara tannery. Lastly, finish your tour with a visit to Fes Jdid, and the revered Merenid Tombs for a spectacular panoramic view.
Day 5 Fez - Ifrane - Azrou - Midelt - Ziz Valley - Merzouga Sahara Desert

Our 9 Days “Highlights Morocco tour” continues, as this morning we will depart to the south of Morocco. Firstly, you will have a stop in Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco. Enjoy this unique city and take some memorable photos. After that, you will head toward Azrou to see the monkeys in the cedar forest. Afterward, we will make another stop at Midelt to have lunch and later, we will cross the pass of Tizi N Talghamt while admiring the views of Ziz Gorges. We continue to Merzouga where you will have a camel trek for an hour to enjoy the sunset. While you are on the back of your camel, you will continue to the camp for an overnight in a traditional Nomad tent. Dinner and afterward, you will spend the night in a bivouac.
Day 6 Sahara Desert - Erfoud - Todra Gorges - Dades Valley

Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise on the top of the dunes and then, have your breakfast. After these beautiful moments, you will ride your camel back to Merzouga, and straightaway, we will depart passing by Erfoud and Tinejdad. Afterward, you will have a mini-break for lunch and we will continue to Todra Gorges via Tineghir, making some stops along the way. On arrival to Todra Gorges, enjoy its marvelous views while walking under it 160 m. rock walls. Next, we drive to Boumalne Dades and make another stop for a panoramic view of Dades Valley. At last, we arrive at the hotel, where you will spend the night. Dinner and overnight in a traditional hotel.
Day 7 Dades Valley - Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Tizi N’Tichka Pass - Marrakech

Our beautiful “Highlights Morocco tour” continues after your breakfast. The next site to visit is the Rose Valley going through the big Skoura palm grove, a beautiful place with more than 700.000 palms and numerous kasbahs. In this area, damask roses are raised for cosmetic use such as the valuable rose oil. Later on, we will make another stop in Ouarzazate, also known as “The gate of the desert” which in the Berber language means “noiseless or without confusion”. Here we´ll see the Taourirt Kasbah, one of the most spectacular ksars in Morocco.

Next, we visit the fortified village of Aït Ben Haddou. Without a doubt, this is one of the most stunning places in Morocco. Visit the famous Kasbah where famous films have been shot such as Gladiator, Obelix, The Mummy, and more recently, The Game Of Thrones. Then, another photo stop near the Atlas Mountains, and finally, in the afternoon we reach Marrakech where you will spend the night.
Day 8 Marrakech Sightseeing

Marrakech Sightseeing

After breakfast, you will have a private walking city tour, with an official guide. You will see the famous Mosque of Koutoubia, the Medina, and its souks, and explore some more of Marrakech’s secrets: Ali Ben Youssef Koranic school, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace, and Majorelle Gardens. In the afternoon the best option is to explore the medina on your own, approaching the square that in the evening is full of narrators, jugglers, diviners, snake charmers, and musicians.
