      Arrive at the International Airport of Tuxtla Gutierrez (TGZ) and begin your adventure through Chiapas, an interesting state in southern Mexico, with Mayan archaeological sites, colonial towns, and high mountain areas. 

      Go on your own to the hotel in San Cristobal de las Casas, located approximately 1 hour from the airport. 

      Check-in at the hotel is at 3:00 pm, depending on your arrival time, you have the afternoon to tour the city a bit. 

      You can visit some of its museums such as Na Bolom, which houses archaeological pieces and textiles of the ancient ethnic groups of Chiapas, the market of sweets and crafts, drink a delicious coffee, taste the cuisine, and much more.

      Have a good breakfast and start a journey of approximately 2 and a half hours to the Chiflón Waterfalls, an impressive series of waterfalls that form natural turquoise pools around a beautiful landscape.

      Visit the 5 main waterfalls, among them the great curtain of water formed by the San Vicente River, the "Velo de Novia" waterfall, which you appreciate during the trip when you reach the highest part of the waterfall. You can also see orchids, bromeliads, iguanas, armadillos, among others. 

      Refresh yourself in the water pools, take pictures and enjoy this pleasant place before continuing. 

      Optionally you can go on the zipline (not included, hired on-site).

      Have breakfast at the hotel and departure to the Grijalva pier, where you board a boat and take an exciting trip through the majestic Sumidero Canyon.

      The Sumidero Canyon is an impressive archaeological fault that opened approximately 12 million years ago. Its walls reach up to 1,300 meters in height from the depths of the Grijalva River. 

      Enjoy the tour for 2 hours while discovering different species of flora such as pines, bromeliads and oaks, as well as fauna native to the region including spider monkeys, river crocodiles, ducks, bird diversity and more.
