      Transfer to Bastimentos National Marine Park, Panama

      The shuttle bus will pick you up at your hotel in Cahuita or Puerto Viejo and an air conditioned late model shuttle van will take you directly to the border. From there, youโ€™ll be assisted with the immigration process leaving Costa Rica and checking into Panama. A second shuttle van will be waiting on the Panama side to continue the journey to Bocas Del Toro. The shuttle will drop you off at the Panabocas Express dock in Almirante for a 30-minute ride on a taxi boat through patches of mangroves and various islands until arriving to the office of Bocas Marine Tours on Isla Colon. Transportation to your hotel upon arrival should be booked in addition to this transfer.

      The taxi boat (shared) departs from Panabocas Express at 12:00 hrs. You should be at the office at 11:30 am for check in. This service includes your boat transportation to Almirante and then bus transportation to Boquete. The service ends at downtown Boquete so from this point a private transportation is required to arrive to your hotel.

      This 5 kilometer walk is located on a private reserve in the mountains surrounding Boquete. You will cross a total of 6 hanging bridges and a specialized nature guide will bring you closer to the local flora and fauna.

      Domestic flight with Air Panama to Albrook Airport in Panama City. Luggage is limited to 20kg for checked bags and 8kg for carry on per person. Duration 00:45hrs.

      Half day City and Canal Tour

      The tour starts with a visit to Miraflores Locks. This is one of the two sets of locks located on the Pacific side of the Panama Canal. You will enjoy the fascinating show of the big ships inside the narrow chambers! The visitor’s center provides technical, historical and ecological information about the Canal.

      After a short drive we continue to the colonial quarter, โ€™โ€™Casco Antiguoโ€™โ€™, founded in 1673 after the first Spanish settlement was burned down by pirates. It is home to the Presidential Palace, the National Theater, the Metropolitan Cathedral and many other buildings with colonial architecture. It has plenty of little restaurants and souvenir shops. In 1997 Casco Antiguo became a World Heritage Site of the UNESCO.
