During this 6-day Safari package, you’ll be accompanied by our professional driver/guide, ensuring a top-notch experience from start to finish.

Transport

Air-conditioned safari jeep, pop-up roof, cooler fridge & charging ports. Our vehicles are specifically designed safari jeeps, tough and efficient enough to withstand the roads we travel in. Air-conditioned 4x4 safari jeep, cooler fridge charging ports and pop-up roofs to increase visibility during game viewing. Everyone is guaranteed a window seat in the safari vehicle.

All meals are provided throughout the tour. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements soon after booking your tour. Enjoy warm meals during picnics, served fresh and not in dry lunch boxes. This tour offers Jain, Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal and Kosher food options on request. Flights

You are responsible for booking your own international flights (Round Trip). If you require internal flights, we can arrange them for you at an additional cost, upon request.

The client shall be responsible for arranging and effecting adequate insurance cover to ensure that he/she carries comprehensive travel and medical insurance. Day 1 Arrival In Arusha

Welcome to Tanzania! You will be picked up from the airport by a African Polecat Safaris representative and driven to your accommodation in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you will hopefully have time to relax and prepare for the adventure of a lifetime!
Day 2 Arusha To Tarangire National Park

Arusha To Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from your accommodation. Today’s destination is Tarangire National Park, about a two-and-a-half-hour drive on well-maintained roads. The park, named after the Tarangire River, is vital as the main water source for wildlife during the dry season. Here, you’ll encounter elephant families, often gathering by the river. Keep an eye out for giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeests, along with predators like lions and leopards. Tarangire boasts a diverse bird population, with more breeding species than anywhere else. Don’t miss the majestic Baobab trees, some over a thousand years old! Lunch will be at a picnic site within the park before heading to your luxury lodge in Mto wa Mbu after the game drive.

As the day draws to a close, we’ll head back to our accommodations at Jungle Pearl Resort
Day 3 Mto Wa Mbu To Serengeti National Park

Mto Wa Mbu To Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will drive up into the cooler regions of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. There will be a chance to stop and see the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater. You will then transit through Ngorongoro Conservation Area to the Serengeti, entering the South of the park.

The Serengeti is truly spectacular. It is famous for its vast open grasslands which allow for excellent sightings of wildlife. Whilst it boasts abundant wildlife, it is perhaps best known for the annual Great Migration. Vast numbers of wildebeests, zebras and antelopes move in an annual pattern, constantly seeking fresh grazing. The migration can be found during any given month, you just need to know where to look! Depending on what time of year you come, you may get a chance to witness one of the ’Seven Wonders of the Natural World’.

You will have a picnic lunch and you will overnight at a Moyo luxury tented camp in Central Serengeti.
Day 4 Serengeti Plains To Ngorongoro Crater

Serengeti Plains To Ngorongoro Crater

Our day begins with an early sunrise game drive, as the park comes to life and nocturnal predators like lions finish their night hunts. After the morning game drive, we proceed back to your accommodation for breakfast. In the afternoon we will stop at Naabi Gate for lunch. After lunch proceed with a transit game viewing while heading to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for an overnight stay.

We arrive at Rhino Lodge in the early evening, for dinner and accommodation.
Day 5 Ngorongoro Crater

Get ready for an epic day of adventure! Our safari kicks off bright and early between 6:30-7:00 am as we descend into the Ngorongoro Crater. The earlier, the greater our chances of spotting the elusive black rhinos! Picture yourself in the comfort of our open-roof 4x4 land cruiser, ready to explore the wonders of the Crater. Standing 600-650 meters high, it’s like stepping into a natural zoo! The landscape here changes with the seasons, offering scenes you’ll only find in Tanzania. After a thrilling morning of wildlife encounters, we’ll pause for a picnic lunch by the famous hippo pool – a spot teeming with life and excitement. With satisfied appetites, we’ll embark on more game drives, soaking in the beauty of this unique ecosystem.

After our exhilarating day, our guide will drive you Jungle Pearl Resort for Accommodation.
Day 6 Lake Manyara National Park To Arusha

Lake Manyara National Park To Arusha

After breakfast at 8:45 am, we will have a quick briefing about our adventure. Then, we will ride our bikes to Lake Manyara, enjoying stunning views of the lake and encountering zebras, wildebeests, antelopes, and gazelles along the way. At noon, we will take a break for lunch and relaxation until 1:45 pm. After that, we will visit a Maasai village for a cultural tour, where you can immerse yourself in their lifestyle and daily activities. If biking isn’t your preference, a tuk-tuk ride is available free of charge for those who prefer it. Additionally, free optional activities include a coffee tour, Mto wa Mbu cultural tour, exploration of the Great Rift Valley, and a walking tour. Finally, our safari guide will take you to Arusha.
