Welcome to the start of your safari and welcome to Tanzania! You’ve chosen a fantastic place for your safari journey and we’ll get you started with an introductory briefing before we head out to begin the trip you’ve been dreaming of. Busy Arusha is an essential part of safari life here in northern Tanzania and most travelers pass through at some stage. Whether you’re on your way out on safari or here for a little longer, you’ll catch a glimpse of streets filled with energy and color.
Day 2 Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park

If you’ve never been to Tarangire (and even if you have) you’re in for a real treat. Tarangire is filled with giants – baobab trees all across the park, as well as elephants, lots ofthem. But that’s just the beginning. Of the big cats, you’llprobably see lions, and cheetahs and leopards are around, too. And it’s impossible to miss the wildebeest, giraffes, hippos, buffaloes and zebras. Your backdrop for all of this is one of the prettiest in northern Tanzania, with a memorable mix of river woodland, open plains and rolling hills. And some vantage points to take it all in.

That’s because you’re in the perfect place to see all that the Serengeti has to offer, and this is the area of the park where wildlife is present in the biggest numbers. It’s also filled with acacia trees and those Serengeti horizons that seem to go on forever.
Day 4 Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

Today you’ll visit Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most beautiful natural sights in Africa, a place where you’ll experience otherworldly beauty with extraordinary wildlife. Watch as, from above, morning mist rolls up and over the crater rim, and notice how the steep walls suggest a place

unlike any other. Down below on the crater floor, explore a lost world preserved in a state of pristine isolation, one that shelters lions and hyenas, elephants and black rhinos, flamingos and golden jackals. There are also forests, hippofilled lakes, a salt pan and hyena dens, and you’ll never lose the sense that you’ve stumbled into a safari theme park where everything’s wild.

You’ll never get tired of going on a walking safari, where you’ll leave behind the vehicle and step out into the wild. It can be a little nerve-wracking at first, but you’ll be walking with an experienced guide and it’s very safe. It can be a real thrill walking in this way, and most people fall in love with the experience.
Day 5 Zanzibar Island
