Food is served in the Hotels/lodges as well as on the way as you move towards the park also as you come back from the safari moving towards Kampala.

Client is transported from his/her Hotel within Kampala/Entebbe to the park and back from the park to his/her hotel in Kampala or Airport.

Bottled mineral water in the safari vehicle, Ground transportation, Equator visit, game drives, boat cruise, driver- guide allowance.

Accommodation

Full board accommodation is provided on this safari with all meals served. For any special request, a traveler is advised to put in his order as soon as booking is confirmed. This accommodation is situated just outside the Park. The lodge is established on araised hill that gives a panoramic view of the savannah scenes of Lake Mburo National Park

Guide

All clients are entittled to have atleast one or two driver- guides on the safari. Tips are by clientโ€™s choice.

  • Day 1 Day 1: Kampala
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 1: Kampala

      You will after breakfast settle for about 6 hour drive to Lake Mburo in the south western part of the country. You will a have a stopover at the Equator where you will have an opportunity to stand in two hemispheres at the same time and take some photos. You will make another stop over for lunch en-route before continuing with your journey to Lake Mburo arriving in the evening dinner and overnight will be at Eagleโ€™s Nest Rest Camp

      Journey Time: 6 hours

      Accommodation: Mburo Eagleโ€™s Nest.

      Meal Plan: Lunch, and Dinner.


  • Day 2 Day 2: Lake Mburo National Park
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 2: Lake Mburo National Park

      After an early breakfast, go for a game drive to encounter with zebras, buffalo, elands and impalas among others along with a great variety of birdlife. Return for lunch. Go for a guided nature walk across the wooden observation platforms of the salt lick area where wildlife gathers to lick the salty soil and a swarm of birds. Return to your accommodation. Dinner:  Overnight.

      Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.


  • Day 3 Day 3: Kampala
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 3: Kampala

      wake up early morning after your breakfast, a game drive, set off for a cultural tour- the ankole pastoralists with the traditional long horned cattle, listen to their traditions and possibly get a chance to hear them chant, drive towards kampala en-route the equator to buy souvienirs, lunch in masaka and back to Kampala or drive to the Airport.
