      Welcome to Brasil! The fascinating metropolis is beautifully nestled between forested mountain ranges, rugged and conical mountains and gently curved sea bays with wide sandy beaches.


      Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your guide at the airport and transferred to your Copacabana hotel. The rest of the day is free to take a stroll along Copacabanaโ€™s seafront promenade and enjoy the first fresh coconut right on the beach.

      After the first tropical breakfast, our tour guide takes us to the famous Sugarloaf Mountain . The cable car takes us to the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain, from where we can enjoy a breathtaking view over the hills and bays of Rio, green Atlantic forests and a lively city. Afterwards, if there is enough time, we take a short city tour through Rioโ€™s past before heading back to the hotel.


      In the afternoon, end the day at a beach bar on Copacabana or Ipanema Beach with an authentic caipirinha or coconut.

  • Day 3 Corcovado &Amp; Rioโ€™S Beaches

      Today we start the day with a half-day trip to Rioโ€™s landmark, the Corcovado and its famous Christ the Redeemer statue . We drive together with our guide to the Cosme Velho station. Once there, we board the historic rack railway and travel through the Tijuca Forest, the worldโ€™s largest urban forest, to just below the summit of Corcovado. The last few meters to the summit lead via a staircase with 220 steps (optionally you can take the elevator or escalator to the summit). Once at the top we enjoy a fantastic panoramic view over Rio de Janeiro and Guanabara Bay. If there is enough time, we continue to the world-famous beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana . At lunchtime we have the opportunity to stop at a rustic churrascaria on Copacabana, a must for all visitors to Brazil.


      The afternoon is free to explore the city on your own or to plunge into the warm waters of one of Rioโ€™s most beautiful beaches.

      Immediately after breakfast you will drive to Rio airport. From there we continue by plane to Foz do Iguaรงรบ. After your arrival, you will be welcomed by your local tour guide and immediately set off for Iguaรงรบ National Park on the Brazilian side, which is approximately 24 km from the center of the city. Compared to the Argentine side of the falls, the Brazilian side offers a completely different view of the falls. Then we go back to the hotel in Foz do Iguaรงรบ.

  • Day 5 Waterfalls On The Argentinian Side

      Waterfalls On The Argentinian Side

      In the morning we go to the Argentine side of the falls , which are about 30 kilometers from the city center of Foz do Iguaรงรบ. On the Argentine side you have the opportunity to get closer to the falls. There are several paths in total: an upper circuit (approx. 50 minutes), a lower circuit (approx. 1 hour), a path to the island of "San Martin" and the impressive "Devilโ€™s Gorge". If you like, you can optionally book a boat tour directly to and under the waterfalls for an additional charge.

      Early in the morning you fly to the jungle metropolis of Manaus . After the long flight, you will be met at the airport by your tour guide and taken to your hotelbrought. Your accommodation is located in the historic center of Manaus, 500m from the famous Teatro Amazonas .

      Drive To The Jungle Lodge And Boat Trip To Observe The Animals

      In the morning you will be picked up from the hotel and driven to the Ceasa river port with your driver. From there a speedboat will take you to the village of Careiro da Varzea. On the way you will cross the river crossing - "Meeting of the Waters" - where the Rio Negro and the Rio Solimรตes meet to form the Amazon. From here the Amazon flows its way into the Atlantic Ocean. We then take a minibus along the Manaus-Porto Velho Highway to the Araรงa River. There you get back on the boat. On your route there are local villages and bays where the water lilies with their enormous floating leaves can be seen. You will arrive at Turtle Lodge around midday, where lunch is already waiting for you. After refreshment, there is a boat tour that will give you an overview of the region. During this excursion you may be lucky enough to spot monkeys, sloths, iguanas, freshwater dolphins, spiders and a variety of bird species. Basically, it should be noted here that it is not so easy to spot animals due to the dense forest in the Amazon region.

  • Day 8 Adventure In The Rainforest

      Adventure In The Rainforest

      Set off before dawn and experience a sunrise that only the Amazon can offer. At this early hour, with a bit of luck, interesting, morning-active animals can be observed. You will then embark on a survival jungle tour . Your experienced guide will teach you how to survive in the jungle. He shows techniques, how to climb trees, how to find drinking water and food. There is also a lot to learn about the fauna, flora and biodiversity of the region. At lunchtime you return to the lodge. After lunch you will go piranha fishing. In the evening you set off in motor canoes to discover Kaimane . With flashlights you go on the hunt to spot the caimans in the water.

      After morning breakfast you will leave the Turtle Lodge. You cross flooded areas, so-called Igapรณs, and row through Igarapรฉs (small canals). Where the water level allows it, with a bit of luck you can observe freshwater dolphins. You will visit the home of a local family to learn more about their life in the Amazon and the culture of northern Brazil. You will also visit a school in an indigenous village and its community. After lunch, you will be transferred back to Manaus.

      Today your English-speaking driver will take you to the airport in Manaus, from where you will fly to Salvador da Bahia. You will be met at the airport by your German-speaking guide, who will then take you to the small seaside resort of Imbassaรญ, which is a good hourโ€™s drive from Salvador. The transfer then takes you along the palm-fringed coconut coast and your guide will be happy to give you tips for your stay along the way.


      Then check in at your pousadaone that lies directly in the dunes of the kilometer-long sandy beach.

      Enjoy the days off, arrange the process according to your wishes and reflect on the experiences of the last few days. Directly in front of the pousada, the sandy beach stretches for many kilometers and is ideal for walks. There are also some simpler beach bars with tables right by the water offering drinks, snacks and meals. In the manageable village center of Imbassaรญ there are also various nice restaurants where you can have dinner.


      If you want to do and discover even more, you can optionally book excursions such as horse riding on the beach, kayak tours through the dune landscape or a visit to the neighboring town of Praia do Forte or the historic center of Salvador.

      In the morning you will be picked up by your driver and taken via the Linha Verde (Green Line) to Praia do Forte , where you can relax for the next 2 days. The journey takes you along the coconut coast lined with palm trees. The beach stretches for several kilometers and is ideal for beach walks. There are smaller bars on the beach that serve drinks and small snacks. In the village center there are various restaurants where you can have dinner.


      *The cozy seaside resort with sandy paths and little car traffic is a small paradise about 67km north of Salvador.

      This day is free for you to relax on the beautiful beaches of Imbassaรญ !


      If you would like to do something else, you can visit the โ€œProjeto Tamarโ€ in the neighboring town of Praia do Forte . The aim of Project Tamar is to protect sea turtles in the coast of Bahia.
