      Arrival in Dublin and time to explore the highlights of the Irish capital. Visit the Irish Whiskey 

      Museum in the heart of Dublin city to embark on a journey through Irish Whiskey history and 

      tradition, followed by a tasting of different Irish whiskey. Learn how to blend your very own 

      whiskey and take a miniature bottle home. In the evening, visit the Temple Bar Pub, where you 

      will find the biggest selection of Irish Pubs, offering various Irish foods and drinks. Overnight Co. Dublin.

  • Day 2 Kilkenny โ€“ Farmhouse Cheese

      Kilkenny โ€“ Farmhouse Cheese

      Visit Kilkenny in the morning, Irelandโ€™s best-known medieval town. Stroll through some of the Kilkenny crafts shops or stop for lunch at Dylan Whiskey Bar in the centre of Kilkenny, a bar dedicated to the former DWD Whiskey distilled in Kilkenny and with a 19th-century old-world atmosphere. Alternatively visit Smithwicks Brewery, to taste Irish Ale brewed since 17.10.

      Continue your journey and take a break at Knockrinna Farmhouse Cheese where you can find the finest quality artisan cheese, using the best quality milk from local farmers. They have spent the past 6 years developing their recipes and techniques. Overnight Co. Tipperary.

      Top in Fethard, a small medieval and walled town. Visit Dooks โ€“ Fine Food, for some light homemade snacks or simply to enjoy the best coffee in Co. Tipperary. For a historical treat, visit the Rock of Cashel. Visit Midleton Jameson Distillery in the afternoon, where you can take a public tour completed with a tasting at the Jameson Bar. All Jameson Whiskey is produced in Midleton today. Explore the Cork Butter Museum. This Museum shows how the Irish butter industry took a commodity item (butter) and created a brand (Kerry Gold) that has allowed farmers to sell the spreadable stuff at a premium. Finish your day in Cobh, a small town with picturesque colourful houses, friendly irish pubs and of course itโ€™s history of the Titanic. 2x overnight in Co. Cork.

      In the morning visit the English Market in Cork City, one of the oldest and certainly best covered markets in Europe. Renowned as a food market it is an important part of food culture in Cork. Pay a visit to Shandon Bells and walk up the 132 steps to see spectacular 360-degree views over the city. Afterward, stop at Shandon Sweets Shop and pick up your pack of handmade Irish Sweets. Shandon Sweets is a typical Irish, multi-award-winning sweet factory that till today uses traditional methods and original machinery. Choose your pack from the most famous Clove Rock, cough Drops, or Burs. Spend the afternoon strolling the narrow streets with quaint colourful shops and restaurants of Kinsale. Kinsale is also known as Gourmet Capital of Ireland .

      Tip: You may try โ€˜Fish Fishyโ€™ Restaurant, a world renowned for its award winning seafood and run by one of Irelandโ€™s leading sea food chefs.

      Your journey continues to Co. Limerick/ Clare. Plan a stop in Adare, Irelandโ€™s prettiest village. It has a reputation for its excellent award-winning restaurants. Visit Foynes, a town and major port in Co. Limerick, and the birthplace of the world-famous Irish Coffee which was first made here in 1942. Take a tour of the Foynes Flying Boat & Maritime Museum before tasting a glass of Irish Coffee at the very spot it was invented. 2x overnight Co. Limerick/ Co. Clare

      Visit the Bunratty Castle and its Folk Park. It is the most complete and authentic medieval castle in Ireland and Folk Park is a living reconstruction of the homes and environment of Ireland from over a century ago. In the afternoon visit Burren Smokehouse a family-run organisation that was set up in 1989 by Birgitta & Peter Curtin. They espouse the finest quality food products, good customer care, and a good group of team workers to ensure they keep up their standards. Take part in a masterclass in smoking salmon which will explain everything about the art of smoking and of course donโ€™t forget to taste some of the delicious fish. Depending on time travel further North to experience the iconic high cliffs that are the most outstanding coastal features in Ireland.

      Today drive back to Dublin via the Burren National Park. This site is a vast lunar landscape 

      harbouring some 2000 species of rare plants and flowers. Continuing your journey you can make a stop at Lockeโ€™s Distillery. It is the only small pot still whiskey distillery remaining in Ireland and the only example of what used to be a widespread Irish industry. Upon arrival in Dublin enjoy a tour at the Guinness Storehouse and experience the heart and soul of Irelandโ€™s most iconic beer firsthand. Spend the last evening at the Brewers Gravity Bar, one of Dublinโ€™s highest rooftop bars, enjoy a pint of Guinness, and let the world go by. Overnight in Co. Dublin.
