This tour includes:

Accommodation

Accommodation in hotels with; Double, Twin, Triple and Single Supplement. Dormitory option is available with mixed genders, single-gender dormitories not always available. On the Gulet cruise all cabins have an ensuite bathrooms.

Transport

Airport transfers on the first day and the days of domestic flights are included in the price except for the transfer following your arrival in Istanbul on your last day. On all the other days on this tour, you will be picked up from your accommodation to begin your tour & dropped back to your hotel at the end of the day. Any included domestic flights arranged by Alaturka

Meals

On days 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11 and 12 breakfast and lunch are included. on days 7, 8 and 9 breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. On day 10 breakfast is included.

Insurance

We highly recommend all our guests have private health and travel insurance. All Alaturka transport services are insured for the intended purpose.

      On your arrival in one of the greatest cities on earth, we will provide a transfer service from the airport to your accommodation for check-in.

      Istanbul is a city like no other the atmosphere here is a true combination of old meets new and where two continents touch each other and merge into one city, with history and beauty connected to every step this tour will not disappoint, today you will visit many sites including the breathtaking Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque,  the old Sultans Palace of Topkapi the tour will also take you through the narrow aisles of the Grand Bazaar โ€“ the largest covered market in the world

      Our recommendation:

      We recommend also visiting the Spice Bazaar at the end of the tour to enjoy the sights and smells of this amazing place. You will be on your own here as its not part of your tour package,there will be plenty of time and can make your own way back to your hotel.

      -The Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays

      -Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesday

      -Blue Mosque Entrance is limited on Fridays due to prayers, therefore we are unable to enter on Fridays.

       Have a unique opportunity to visit two continents in one day as you explore both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul on this full-day tour, including lunch.

      Tour the start with visiting Beylerbeyi Palace and drive to highest point of Asian side Camlฤฑca Hill. Stroll around the vibrant Spice Bazaar.You will then hop on board and take a sightseeing cruise on the Bosphorus Straits seeing such wonderful iconic landmarks such as Galata Tower, the Maidens Tower, Rumeli Fortress and you will even float under the Bosphorus Bridge Dolmabahce Palace.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Gallipoli Battlefields

      Todayโ€™s early start takes us to the battlefields of Gallipoli. We will take you to the Eceabat region of Gallipoli after being picked up from your hotel.  You will have lunch before starting your guided tour of the peninsula.  Visit the war memorials and some of the original trenches on the battlefields. You will also spend some time at the cemeteries of Australians, New Zealanders and Turk soldiers. There is also an amazing museum, where you can see war artefacts. Ponder the heroism and tragedy of past times and learn of the friendships that were born between these nations.

      Transfer From Gallipoli To Ephesus

      You will then travel south overnight to the Ephesus region. (Selcuk or Kusadasi)

      This journey by overnight bus will take approximately 8 10 hours.

      To walk the steps were thousands of years ago others did the same is a magical experience. At the great ancient city of Ephesus, it is easy to see what life was like, the streets and building are some of the best in the world. After being picked up from your accommodation you will see one of the Ancient Capitals of Roman Asia - A city where over 200,000 people lived. You will also visit the House of the Virgin Mary. An important place for many faiths, it is believed Mary spent the last years of her life here. You will also visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world โ€“ The Temple of Artemis.

  • Day 6 Day 6: Pamukkale

      Day 6: Pamukkale

      After breakfast, we will depart for Pamukkale, which translates in English to "cotton castle". When you arrive you will have lunch. You will then take a guided tour over the white stepped cliffs of Pamukkale and the ancient, city of Hierapolis.

      Bus Transfer From Pamukkale to Fethiye

      At the end of your time here, the tour continues in the southern coastal town of Fethiye, first going to Denizli to change buses. You will arrive at the main bus station in Fethiye in the evening. Here a member of our team will meet you and take you to your accommodation.

      Gulet Blue Cruise Begins

      The turquoise waters of the Mediterranean are calling and this morning after breakfast its time to come aboard and check in on your 4 day Gulet cruise, todayโ€™s sailing sets off for Butterfly Valley, Oludeniz / Blue Lagoon and in the evening you will be anchored down at St Nicholas Island, where the sunsets are romantic and breathtaking.....

      Additional activity available - paragliding over Oludeniz.

      The Babadag mountain has veiws over the whole area and is a popular activity, this activity will cost extra but will be worth it, the adrenaline rush is like no other as are the veiws.

      Today we are heading for the beautiful town of Kas, there will be stops for breakfast and swimming along the way.

      Kas is also a great place for shopping and has some great bohemian jewellery shops spend some time just wandering the cobblestone streets and soaking up the charming atmosphere of this old seaside fishing village.


      Additional activity available - Diving in Kas.

      Due to the incredibly clear waters here Kas is a well-known area for scuba diving a wonderful sport to try in these warm waters. this activity costs extra.

      The picture-postcard island of Kekova is our destination today,  you will sail past the sunken city, we are not allowed to stop here as it is a protected area, but after a large earthquake many centuries ago, part of the town fell into the ocean. You will be able to sail past slowly for a closer, its beautiful. 

      In the evening we will anchor down in one of the secluded bays and visit what still remains of Kekova. You can visit the island and walk up to the Lycian tombs or climb to Simena Castle for some beautiful views over the Mediterranean waters you have just sailed on.

  • Day 10 Day 10: Olympos

      Gulet Cruise Ends

      Today your Blue Cruise will end in Demre. Itโ€™s on to Olympos from here by shuttle bus the journey will take approximately 2-hours.

      You will have a few hours of free time in Olympos before your evening bus to Goreme, Cappadocia. 

      Your bags can stay at our Olympos office whilst you either visit the National Park or make your way to the beach.

      Transfer From Olympos To Cappadocia

      In the early evening you will leave Olympos for the overnight bus in Antalya, that will take you directly to Cappadocia

  • Day 11 Day 11: North Cappadocia

      North Cappadocia Tour

      Your bus will arrive this morning at the local bus station and we will be there waiting for you to pick you up and start your north Cappadocia day tour.

      Goreme is the first stop of many amazing sights on this days tour. Today you will see some of the oldest settlements in the Cappadocia region. You will visit beautiful villages, take in some local handicrafts and also visit Monks Valley and Devrent Valley.

      OPTIONAL TOUR: TURKISH NIGHT SHOW & DINNER.

      Tonight is organized so that you can experience Turkish Culture and Tradition and enjoy a great show. In the evening you will be taken to a cave restaurant in the heart of Cappadocia, Fantastic food and a night you will always remember. This optional activity will cost extra.

      South Cappadocia Tour

      This is the last day in this spectacular region, you will be picked up from your hotel after breakfast, to explore parts of the south Cappadocia region. Some of the mnay highlights of the day will include, the Underground City, Uchisar Castle Panorama and the Meskendir Valley are just a few. Today will be full of some of the most beautiful sites to see in Cappadocia.

  • Day 13 Day 13: Flight To Istanbul

      Do you want to see Cappadocia from a different perspective ? Then our guided Quad Safari is just for you. Experience this landscape in a completely different way from the seat of a sturdy quad bike. 

      Our Safari starts at approximately 17:00 pm and comes at an extra cost.

      Flight From Cappadocia to Istanbul

      This is your last morning with us. Today you will take a domestic flight to Istanbul where your tour ends. We will book domestic flights at the most convenient times for a connecting flight back home.
