There are currently no mandatory vaccinations for this experience. However, it is recommended that you get vaccinated against typhoid, tetanus and Hepatitis A. It is also recommended that you consult your local doctor and get official information before you travel.

It is always important to have travel insurance. Any situation first is to warn your guide, depending on the case the necessary assistance will be given and even if it is required to finish the experience.

The currency used in Sweden is the Swedish Krona (SEK), while in Denmark it is the Danish Krone (DKK). We recommend you to change to the local currency before you arrive in the country. It is also possible to change on arrival in the country at some exchange offices and ATMs. Not all commercial establishments accept international credit and debit cards, so it is recommended to carry some cash on hand.

This experience includes planned accommodation in Stockholm: Hotel Scandic Malmen or similar - double private room. Karlstad: Hotel Scandic Karlstad or similar - Double private room. Torun: Gothenburg: Hotel Scandic Europe or similar - Double private room. Copenhagen: Hotel Scandic Copenhagen or similar - Double private room. The rooms are comfortable and smoking is not allowed in them.
